About This Course

Welcome to Financial Reporting and Analysis course. This course will enable you to have an overall understanding of the Financial Statements of a company. We will take your through the financial statements like the Balance Sheet, Income Statement (Statement of Profit and Loss), Cash Flow Statement and their various elements.

You will be able to understand and decipher the various elements of:

  • Balance Sheet viz. Assets, Liabilities and Equity
  • Income Statement (revenues and expenses)
  • Cash Flow Statement (Cash flows arising from different activities)

    • You will get a basic understanding of the generally accepted accounting principles and the basic accounting principles and assumptions. You will also get insights on the accounting and reporting requirements to be followed by the companies.
